What it does
Local government publishes an enormous amount about what is coming — and publishes it in the least usable form imaginable. Hundreds of separate websites, thousands of pages of agendas and minutes each month, most of it procedural, some of it worth a great deal of money. Reading all of it is not possible. Missing the part that matters is expensive.
What we read
Commission and council agendas and minutes. Planning and zoning items. Staff reports. Permit filings. Transportation plans. Utility and infrastructure work. Public land transactions.
What comes out
A short, plain summary of what happened, what stage it is at, and why it matters — attached to the parcel it affects and linked to the document it came from. Not a document dump. Not a keyword alert. Something you can read in ten seconds and act on.
Who owns it
Ownership is where most research stalls. A parcel belongs to an LLC, the LLC belongs to another entity, and the person who can actually make a decision is three layers down. Pull Signal works through the layers and looks for a way to reach the person at the end of them — phone, LinkedIn, whatever is publicly there.
What you keep
Track your own deals. Watch the parcels you are interested in. Get told when something moves.
